Tour Overview

Rest, ritual and Korean traditions of wellbeing.

Slow down in one of the world’s most energetic cities. This journey brings together Korea’s traditions of wellbeing: forest walks along the old city wall, temple cuisine, a Korean medicine consultation, the ritual of the jjimjilbang and a night in a Buddhist temple. Days are unhurried, with time to rest, and every element is arranged by our team in Seoul.

  • Walk a forested section of the Seoul City Wall in the quiet of the morning.
  • Enjoy a temple-cuisine lunch inspired by centuries of Korean Buddhist cooking.
  • Meet a Korean medicine (hanbang) doctor for a personal consultation and herbal tea.
  • Discover your skin with a personalised K-beauty analysis.
  • Unwind Korean-style at a jjimjilbang, with hot pools, saunas and heated floors.
  • Spend a night at a Buddhist temple: meditation, temple meals and tea with a monk.
  • Close the week with a traditional Korean tea ceremony and a spa treatment.
