Arrive in Seoul and roll straight into flavor town. Your private airport pickup takes you to the hotel, then we meet at 16:00 for a stroll through Ikseon-dong. Its hanok alleys are packed with cafés, and the salt bread is worth queuing for. The night ends with a welcome dinner of golden, crackly Korean fried chicken and a cold local beer (or fizzy soda). It sets the tone for what’s to come: indulgence with intention.
