Itinerary Overview

Day 1

Arrive in Seoul and meet your local guide before diving into the city’s vibrant energy. Enjoy a welcome dinner of Korean hotpot and explore the buzzing night markets or stroll along the Cheonggyecheon Stream.

Day 2

Discover Seoul’s royal history at Gyeongbokgung Palace and stroll through Bukchon Hanok Village. Join food expert Daniel Gray for a hands-on culinary experience, then hear a moving personal story from a North Korean defector.

Day 3

Visit the DMZ to explore Korea’s divided past, including the Third Tunnel and Imjingak Peace Park. Travel to Jeonju, known as Korea’s cultural capital, and enjoy a traditional bibimbap dinner.

Day 4

Start with Jeonju’s beloved beansprout rice soup before heading to Damyang for a serene bamboo forest walk and bamboo ice cream. Enjoy grilled beef, visit local artisans, and explore the hanok village and arts scene.

Day 5

Travel to Gayasan National Park and check into Haeinsa Temple for a one-of-a-kind temple stay. Sip tea with a monk, join a guided temple tour, and end the day with a group dinner and meditation.

Day 6

Head south to the Shinan archipelago and visit a local’s home to learn about life on Korea’s southern coast. Ride Korea’s highest cable car in Mokpo, stroll Manho Village, and enjoy free time along the scenic waterfront.

Day 7
