What about insurance?

For international travelers, we recommend confirming that your travel insurance includes coverage for activities like cycling. This adds an extra layer of protection during your trip, especially in case of personal injury.

We also offer optional bike insurance for just $4 per day. This coverage protects you against damage to our bicycles and accessories, up to a value of ₩200,000.

What is the wet weather policy?

While we strive to make your cycling experience as enjoyable as possible, weather conditions are beyond our control. Rain and changing weather are a natural part of outdoor adventures, including cycling.

If you encounter wet weather and choose to return your bike early, you’re welcome to do so. However, please understand that we are unable to offer refunds for unused rental days due to weather conditions.

What is the cancellation / refund of reservation policy?

Cancel for free up to 20 days before your rental starts. Within 20 days, a 20% cancellation fee applies (your deposit is retained).
Mechanical issues caused by faulty main parts may be reimbursed—please keep your repair receipt. Damage from rider error (e.g., tires, gears) may not be covered. Bikes are inspected upon return; damages may incur fees. Refunds are processed via PayPal onlytransaction fees are not refundable.
